How to hide chat widget when agents are busy?

If you want to hide the widget automatically when all agents are busy,
1. Go to Manage section and click Routing.
2. Choose any one of the routing mode - Broadcast or auto-assign.
3. Turn On the toggle "Hide widget when all agents are busy"


Offline form will be shown to the visitors when the above option is turned OFF.
