Admins and agents with 'Manage agents' permission are now allowed to turn off the availability of other agents.
This feature is available in the Scale plus plan.
How it works:
1. Go to the Agents section, and click on the particular agent's tile for whom you'd like to turn off the chat availability.
2. You will see a pop-up with 'Turn off availability' as shown below
3. Click on this option and further confirm by clicking 'Yes'
A preview of what happens on the agent screen when the admin turns the availability of the agent to unavailable.
And if there is an ongoing chats with agent will not be affected.
