With Live Typing Preview feature, you can preview what question the customer is typing, before they could even hit send button. Agents can be ready to with the appropriate reply way ahead, reply quickly and save time.
Feature available on Fantastic and Enterprise plans.
Only Admins of the account can enable this feature.
How to set up this feature?
Login into you HappyFox Chat account.
Just toggle on the Live typing preview option under Manage.
How does it work?
After you accept the chat, you can see a preview of what question the customer is typing as shown below.
