The chat account owner will, by default, receive the invoices for the HappyFox chat subscription. If you want to include additional email ids to receive the invoice, you can use the Billing Contact option.

 

An admin/user with 'Manage billing' permission can add up to 10 valid email ids as billing contacts. These email ids needs not belong to the staff on your chat account.

How to Set Billing Contact?

1. Go to the Billing section in your HappyFox Chat account.

2. On the pop-up displayed, click on the Billing Contact tab. 

3. Go ahead and enter the addresses that can receive the billing invoices of your subscription.

3. If you are looking to remove the email id(s), you can click the delete option next to the email id.
