Help Scout - Support agents can view your website visitor's Help Scout conversation/tickets in HappyFox Chat. Chat transcripts and offline messages can be posted to the connected Help Scout account. To know more - Click here.

Enhancements & Improvements:

New Widget Positioning Option - Additional option of positioning the HappyFox Chat widget on the bottom left part of your page. 

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed a UI issue in triggered chat popup where the links weren't opening the page in a separate browser tab.

2. Fixed an issue where the monitoring chat window displayed a globe icon for stopping the live translate option. (Note: Provision for monitoring admin to stop translation will be introduced later though)
