The visitor browsing history feature lists the pages visited by your customers. The feature is available on all plans. Click the hyperlink above the agent window to view the list.

The red dot indicates the current page. Clicking the 'show URLs' option will display the URLs of these pages.  The 'back' and 'show titles' options will take it to the previous state.

Note:

• The list displays only the history of pages visited and not in the order they visit. 
• Currently, at the start of the chat, the app displays up to 10 URLs that the visitors have traversed. After the chat is initiated, the visitor path is tracked for all the pages.
