To add named links in chat widget for both Welcome text of Offline message as well as live chat widget, follow the below steps:

Note: Only Admins can perform this change

1. Login to your HappyFox Chat account.

2. Navigate to Manage-->Messages section.

3. Under the Welcome text and Offline Welcome text, you can make the following changes to introduce named links:

a. Add the text that needs to be hyperlinked under [ ] square braces. In the below example, we are linking the text 'HappyFox Chat' and so we have entered it as [HappyFox Chat] within the square braces.

b. Now next to that, add the url in round braces ( ). In the below example, we are linking the text 'HappyFox Chat' to www.happyfox.com web page and so we are adding it as (https://www.happyfox.com)

4. Now scroll down the page and click 'Save' button.

Now you can go to the page in which chat widget is installed and refresh it, to see the text 'HappyFox Chat' shown as a link with underlined text, which on being clicked will be redirected to www.happyfox.com:

You can similarly follow the same steps for Offline message welcome text as well, by editing the text under 'Offline Welcome text' under Manage-->Messages.
