Billing Contact Setting in HappyFox Chat allows you to choose who receives the billing invoices of your HappyFox Chat subscription.


By default, an Account owner who signs up for HappyFox Chat will be receiving the invoice. Account Owner or Admin of the account can add up to 10 email addresses who can receive the invoice for the subscription.

How to Set Billing Contact?

1. Go to Billing section in your HappyFox Chat account.

2. Under the Billing Pop-up, go to Billing Contact tab.

3. By default, account owner's email address will be displayed there. You can add upto 10 email addresses who can receive the billing invoices of your subscription.
