You can now refer HappyFox Chat to people and earn!
Login to your HappyFox Chat account and click on "Refer and earn"
1. You can now chose to hide the widget on your webpage when all of your support agents are in their maximum chat limits and busy. You can toggle ON - "Hide widget when agents are busy" option in the routing section. Click here to know more.
2. The csv report will now have additional details about the triggered chat.(Triggered chat name and message). Click here to know more.
Fixed a usability issue where the cursor focus was not automatically going to the visitor widget's reply area when the chat was initiated.
