Monitoring chat feature for agents with non-admin role,
Admin role enabled agents can monitor chats across all departments and profiles.We have now built a feature to allow even the non-admin role enabled agents to monitor chats that are handled by other agents in the company. This can be set on a per-agent basis by the administrator.

1.Proactive Chat : Fixed a bug where at times the Visitors page inside HappyFox Chat account was not displaying the Live visitor tiles.
2. SMS- CHAT feature : Fixed a bug where at times, the phone number release mails were not generated and delivered to the customer.
