Enhancements:
Transaction email for chat rating - 
Whenever you receive a rating from a visitor for a chat you will receive an email containing information about the rating and feedback.

Bug fixes:
1. Fixed a bug where the triggered chat bubble was popped up when agents that are part of the triggered chat department are offline .
2. Fixed a bug where the administrators where unable to download the payment invoices when the HappyFox Chat account is in cancelled state.
