Announcement:

HappyFox Chat will collect details like billing address and VAT number while you upgrade to any of our plan. The same will be displayed in the generated invoice.

Enhancement:

UI improvements to the triggered chat popup.

New Features:

1. Provision to set up Single-sign on functionality for your HappyFox Chat account with apps like GSuite and Okta.For more details -  Click here.
2. Provision for the account admins to set password for his/her agents.(If you've enabled SSO and your agent does not have a password to login, you can set a password for them to login via mobile app.)

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed alignment issues in chat transcript email content.
2. Fixed some of the validation issues in the billing popup.
3. Fixed an issue where the average response time of a chat conversation was showing zero for certain chats.
4. Fixed an issue where the app did not validate invalid email ids in the forgot password page.
5. Auto-assignment routing mode - Fixed an issue where at certain cases the incoming chats were assigned to the same agent continously.
