Bug fixes : 

1. Fixed an issue where the chat transcripts were getting created as tickets in the integrated Zendesk account even when the setting "Create Ticket at the end of a chat" was turned OFF.

2. Fixed an issue where the sound was not played for the incoming chat requests and messages in the agent interface.

3. Fixed an issue where the visitor widget of HappyFox Chat widget was not playing sounds when there were incoming messages from the agent side.(Safari browser).
