When there is a New Chat Request Notification, it will be displayed on the Dashboard with the "Accept" and "Ignore" button.

 

When you're on a chat with a visitor or any other tab inside the app and if there is a new chat request or a new message from another visitor, you will be notified through in-app notifications.
