Viewing and Exporting Visitor chat transcripts:
Admin can choose to view and export chat transcripts based on his/her preference.
They can go to History tab and choose the desired Chat transcript tile and on the left pane, they can choose 'View/Export Visitor transcripts'
On choosing that, all transcripts with that email address/phone number will be displayed.
Note: If both are not present, all transcripts of the repeat visitor alone will be shown which can be exported.
On clicking 'Export' button, all the transcripts with that email address will be exported.
