Viewing and Exporting Visitor chat transcripts:
Admin can choose to view and export chat transcripts based on his/her preference.
1. Navigate to History->Past chats section from the menu.
2. Choose the desired Chat transcript tile.
Click 'View/Export Visitor transcripts' option that's available on the right-hand side of the page in the chat transcript detail page.
On choosing that, all transcripts with that email address/phone number will be displayed.
Note: If both are not present, all transcripts of the repeat visitor alone will be shown which can be exported.
On clicking 'Export' button, all the transcripts with that email address will be exported.
