Visitor Blocking feature allows you to block abusive visitors from chatting with agents. On the Android app, you can block the visitor during an ongoing chat.

How to block a visitor?

During an ongoing chat:

Simply type the command "!blockVisitor" in the chat area and hit send.

Or tap the menu icon on the top right corner and choose Block Visitor option.

When you tap the Block Visitor option, the app will ask you to confirm.

On selecting Block Visitor, the chat will be ended on the agent side. And the widget will hide at the visitor end.

Important Note:

1. By default, the visitor will be blocked for 3 days.
2. Admin can change the number of days a visitor gets blocked only from the web/browser app.
3. Login to your HappyFox Chat account via web app >> Go to Manage >> Visitor blocking.

How do I unblock a visitor?
