What's new ?
- Agents can now have visitor messages translated to their profile language on the fly during a chat.
- Agents can see tags (that got added previously) in chat screen of web browser app & transcript screen
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issues where at times, the push messages were not displayed when the app recovers from spotty internet.
- Fixed an issue where the app's availability toggle control did not reflect the right state.
- Fixed UI glitches in chat list screen.
- Fixed an issue where the agent's typed messages were not retained in the text area if he/she locks and reopens the app.
