Enhancements:

• Changes made to support zip file attachments
• Added new JS SDK methods to allow adding/updating department

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where chats were not coming out of the queue when a visitor from one of the ongoing chats goes offline
• Made changes to not expand the visitor widget automatically in mobile even if show maximized chat window setting is enabled
• Fixed few 2FA enforcement related bugs

Other Updates:

• For Re-assignment disabled profiles, sidebar timers will display time in minutes instead of seconds, this change was introduced to reduce UI lags
• Opens one sidebar section at a time for high load companies to optimize and reduce lag in Front end
