Ahoy! We’ve upgraded our systems to strengthen security and performance of the service. We have also fixed bugs reported by customers in the recent past.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed proactive chat badge position when agent is offline.
- Fixed bugs found in FB messenger integration setup process.
- Fixed a bug where triggered chats were not working if custom field is set after the widget is loaded
- Fixed HappyFox logo in favourites/bookmark in safari.
- Sound notifications will work for safari browser now.
- Chat button title text fixed in visitor widget.
