We have just rolled out key fixes that will enhance security, reliability and performance in core parts of the application. Apart from those fixes, we have fixed following bugs in the same release.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed all major crashes in our front end applications.
- Fixed triggered chat condition matching in widget with regards to custom field values.
- Stopped rotating widget badge icon if widget position is changed to right or left centre.
- Fixed widget badge flickering issue which happens only in Safari.
- Prevent widget from overriding host page libraries.
- We have added Date Range Validation for Date Picker Field in Prechat Form and Offline Message Form.
- "Unable to log out" popup will no longer be displayed for invalid log out failures.
