Enhancements: 1. Provision to choose a Custom date range for reports. - 2. Provision to export report data in CSV file format. 3. In the visitors' tab, agents can view the current visitors' last landed time and last active time on mouse hover. The live visitors will be sorted based on ascending order of time.
