Salesforce integration :
1. Lead owner/Contact owner field in your salesforce account will henceforth contain the name of the agent who handled the chat. In case of multiple agents handling a chat, only the agent who ended the chat will be considered.
2. Now, all of your offline messages will be posted to the salesforce account (under Lead or contact) depending on the setting in the manage page.
