- Live chat agents can see the conversation that happened between bot and visitor before the chat got handed off. Agents will now be able to get the context before responding to a visitor's query.
- Transcript email that we send to agents will now include the conversation that happened between the bot and the visitor.
- When Helpdesk integration is enabled, we will now create a unified transcript containing messages from both Chatbot and live agent. HappyFox Chatbot will not create a ticket after handing off a conversation to live chat. Ticket creation will be handled by HappyFox Chat.
