This was a big release. We have completed feature parity with V1 and are all set to migrate all V1 customers to V2 🎉

New features in V2

• New “Online Agents” section on sidebar to view all agents available
• Improvements to the Visitors section:
  • Can now see unlimited number of visitors on the website (Used to be able to see only 30 visitors in v1)
  • Can now filter visitors by widget profile and/or country and/or browsing status and/or chatting status
  • New profile setting to turn off/on proactive chat & live visitor tracking

V1 features now available in V2

• Agents can sign in via Google account in V2
• Single Sign on: V2 accounts can now enable SSO and let agents login via these providers
