This release is exclusive to Chat V2 accounts.

New feature

• Webhooks: Admins can now configure a custom Webhook for each profile in an account. Transcripts and Offline messages will be posted to the corresponding Webhook URLs. Transcript will will contain all associated visitor data including custom fields.

Bug fix

• This release reintroduces the Slack integration to V2 accounts. This was previously disabled because of a bug. All V2 companies can now use the Slack integration again.
