New Integrations

We released 4 more E-commerce app integrations for V2 customers. This brings us almost to parity with V1 integrations. All integrations come with the same feature set of V1 integrations.

 

Agents will be able to view past order history and live cart information from the following platforms:

Enhancements

We changed the retry mechanism for all integrations including Helpdesk. We will retry posting chat transcripts and offline messages 10 times through 24 hours in an Exponential backoff. This enhancement applies to both V1 and V2 customers.
