We released a new high performance Visitors backend to show current online visitors. All V2 customers will now see the new Redesigned visitor section and engage visitors pro-actively for chat.

Features:

• A more robust system that allows you to browse all visitors on your website. It is currently limited to 50 visitors until we ship pagination.
• A completely refreshed UI that allows agents to send messages via a collapsible sidebar. Ability for agents to send multiple messages is coming soon.
• Ability to browse visitors by profile
• Instant message delivery and update of visitor state
• As a direct effect, this release gets rid of the network errors that were shown on the console in the previous version
